Mama Kitchen started as a family kitchen. The recipes are the ones cooked at home in Vietnam, the same herbs and the same broths, and nothing about them has been tidied up for a menu. They come out of two kitchens in Reykjavík now, alongside the Thai dishes our guests keep asking for.
